Design Consultation Services

If you are not satisfied with our design consultation services, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation date. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer a partial refund or additional consultation time at our discretion.

Products

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition and packaging
• The product has not been used, damaged, or altered
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Refund Processing

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Costs
